These Term and Condition rules govern access to and use of Toollix – Free Online Image Tools and its image tools.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These terms govern your use of Toollix – Free Online Image Tools. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally capable of accepting these terms, and a parent or guardian must supervise use where required by law.

2. The service

We provide free image conversion, compression, resizing, cropping, preview, and download tools. Supported formats, limits, controls, and availability may change. No account or payment is currently required for these tools.

3. Your files and permissions

You retain rights you lawfully hold in your files. You confirm that you own or have permission to process each file and that your use does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, contractual, sanctions, export, or other legal rights.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload or process unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content.
  • Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, introduce malware, or interfere with the website or another user.
  • Do not misrepresent an affiliation or use outputs in a way that is unsafe, deceptive, or unlawful.

5. Results and backups

Image processing may alter quality, dimensions, transparency, color, animation, metadata, compatibility, or file size. Preview and test every result. Keep an independent original and do not rely on this website as storage or backup.

6. Website rights and third parties

The website design, branding, software, documentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator. These terms do not transfer those rights. Third-party libraries, links, hosting, and services remain subject to their owners’ terms and policies.

7. Availability and warranties

We may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, file recovery, or output quality.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or lost files, metadata, revenue, profits, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption. Where liability may legally be limited, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the previous twelve months. Nothing excludes fraud, mandatory consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Enforcement, law, and changes

We may restrict unlawful or abusive use. These terms are governed by laws applicable to the operator and your use, without removing mandatory protections where you live.
